As my jewellery is hand made in Antwerp and all diamonds are individually assorted,the delivery time will be approximately 2-3 weeks.

Not fully satisfied?

We accept returns within 10 working days. The client has to pay for the return shipment and the insurance costs.

How can I return my order?

Step 1

Email: info@goldstoffdesigns.com with your reason for the return and purchase/order number of your item. You will receive a confirmation email. We will reply within 24 hours.

Step 2

The jewellery must be returned undamaged/unchanged and in its original packaging with a recognised shipping agency at your own expense.
